He was thinking about getting into TMBXF, but not now.

Interesting thought that they, TMBXF, did come up with money to renew claims near Tombstone, and they own some acres there in what looks like a fee simple estate - not a mining claim on state/federal land.  ...not offering support of them, just clarifying the facts, though legal issues here look to be in quite a fog, IMO.
