I found evidence that TMXF's merger partner, EuroGas AG (a Swiss company?), lost a major international court arbitration recently, which seems to make the partner essentially kaput. This may explain some of the complications with information coming from TMBXF, it's Web site, and listing of officers/board members.  I have no idea what it means for the future of that company (I don't care), though they have announced renewal of claims on the other side of the town of Tombstone from Hay Mountain.
