Please review the tenents of basic capitalism as applied to public companies.  If you do, you may learn that Other People's Money is what makes money for insiders, not their own.  When you do find this happening, it is often viewed as a positive.  In that some on our BOD have purchased stock on multiple occasions, are owed deffered salaries, have reputations to protect/salvage, perhaps you can see that you are asking for more participation from them JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN, not that doing so is expected or reasonable under the circumstances.

In my opinion, you are off base on this issue, and so is anyone else who expresses their frustration in this way.  Call them names, attack their competence, but suggesting they need to make further personal sacrifices is just dumb.  And do you think they have not attempted to tap everyone they know?
