This is about trust that if you would do a PP will that money be used for drilling? LBSR has proved they do not do what they say. The last PP push was a slap in the face for all the people that invested in it. Untill the inside people put up their own money into this to show good faith in the company (they have seen all the data on HM), it would seem to me that asking for PP money will be difficult for the company to do.
