I thought that's what was proposed with the private placement. The paperwork I saw said that once a certainly level of money was raised ($200,000 I think) the first drill crew would start on the first hole and so on. I really didn't care for the use of the private placement to fund other bills as it wasn't proposed that way. This may have caused investors not to go the private placement route. All we can do is wait and hope that money frees up somewhere.
