Thanks for a thoughtful response, sp. If the co itself gets sued in a private civil action, pretty sure the co has to defend itself at its own expense. And whether the case involves the owl and/or some other new issues, the expense could be considerable, more than the co can afford. Anyway, good to hear JB confirm HM talks ongoing. Still puzzling why all the talk with so many people around the world hasn't yet produced a partner for HM. JB just can't seem to close the deal. Bothersome.
