You missed a clear statement. LBSR would not have to handle the litigation. That is for the State and Feds to do once approval is given, and no litigation would happen until such approval is given. Multiple parties are involved as well. The chance is very low as JB pointed out anyway. This gives LBSR not only more options but the appearance of a wiser/richer partner to deal with.
