...probably goes without saying, but there is likely no one here who fails to understand just how mining friendly is the State of Arizona.  Recent developments prove the ineffectiveness of the antimining element based in Little Berkeley, aka Tucson.  They put up a huge effort to block Rosemont, which looks to be nearing approval anyway.  Same for Resolution Copper at Superior, AZ. 

In this state, "Mining is elemental", as Phelps Dodge used to say.
