1. Frank Giustra and Gord Keep are long shares of Northern Dynasty. Mr. Keep is a director.
2. The WSJ has closely monitored and chronicled overreach at the EPA surrounding the Pebble Mine.
3. Given Mr. Giustra's friendship, with Bill, through the Clinton Foundation, the Pebble project may get a more objective review given the alleged EPA overreach.
4. I fully expect Hillary to win on November 8th.
