I don't think that is necessarily the case, Gold Man. Notice that Tracy only referenced the official filing from 7/31, nearly 2 months ago. I think it likely that the 132,000 is accounted for in the general account, but just hasn't been officially filed yet. Given that the whole point of the PP is to fund drilling, I seriously doubt they are spending it on other things when there is other funding available to take care of that right now.
