Come on, Bill. Maybe somebody got fractions of a unit as changed because they paid in Canadian dollars or Japanese yen. This is hardly an observation for claiming the figure is unbelieable. Moreover, the PR states that the money raised by the a private offering will be used for drilling. Nowhere is it said that 2 million must be raised before drilling is attempted.

I also agree that there is meaning behind management's silence, though it could mean about anything.

Yes, this is probably a scary time for some shareholders. Management is quite, the share price is falling, the initiall private offering period as outlined in the PR is long past, and a lot of people have no idea what further information may have been in the details of the private offering (as opposed to the press release).

I always recommend for people who get nervous or angry about a stock to get out. I got in this one as a gamble/specualtion and I'll not complain or get out until I understand what the end play is here - a big red meat ball, or a flood of green.

By the way, the price even after today's downer is still higher than at a few other times since the PP was announced. Can it go lower? Sure. Will it? Dunno.
