There are two posters on the other board, including the one referenced, who seem to have a private vendetta against Jim Briscoe. I think this is more likely since the person seems to live near enough to visit HM. I also think that, since the messenger should be considered when looking at the message, it is on topic to offer the opinion that this personal issue might be the reason for the extraordinary attempts to discredit the company--beyond any logical reason since the messenger in this case is not a shareholder.
