Good points, HKipp, as well as others who lately posted here. I find it interesting that others (not here) consider any communication as fluff or self-promotional when all they are doing is giving facts, plans consistent with prior communications, events relevant to the HM Project, etc. as we ASKED them to do. Backing that up are SEC requirements for such significant events. IMHO they did not waste PR money when there was little to tell. It seems that any shares issued are/will be private placement or financing for fund-raising the HM drillings as we also hoped they would do under the circumstances. Thus, for now, there is no immediate significant impact on pps from such issuances.
