Good morning, and happy long weekend.

You asked, "Can we conclude that whatever deal that was close to happening and then put on hold earlier this summer concerning NPSP probably won't come to fruition anytime soon?"

No, in my opinion, since we never knew the terms of the arrangement, and we don't know if the buyer has "walked."

By the way, when was the deal put on hold? I thought it was supposed to conclude whenever the buyer was ready, but that it meerly seemed to be on hold owing, I suspect, to lower uranium prices.

"And since the claims are no longer there, does that mean that another company can come in and lay claim,..."

To my understanding, and since these claims were "grandfathered" into exemptions on mining prohibitions in the Grand Canyon area, they are very highly likely to have been lost forever to any use other than walking upon and looking at. Simply speaking, these claims are no longer available to anyone at all.

But ask Tracy at IR if you still have doubts.

Cheers,

VP
