As to your questions, I don't understand them, except that they are about the coming shareholders vote on increasing the number of authorized shares.

All I can say is, I expect the resolution to pass by 90 percent or better. Even if I'm wrong on the percentage, it will pass. I have no doubt about that.

If you are asking how a "no" vote from you can hurt you, I don't think it can/will, given most people will vote "yes".

If by some remote chance the "no" vote's win, I would expect the company to begin to liquidate assests and slowly die, meaning even lower share prices are ahead.

In a somewhat related matter, TMBXF stock today raced to a new, near term high, widening again the relative valuations gap between it and LBSR. That's very good for them, and I think very promising for us (at some point when the market gets over it's dilution Depression.
