I am also on the other board- a "Mod", no less (what a distinction), and I, too, will be voting millions of shares "yes". Not that it is what I would have wished for- but at this stage- I have trusted JB thus far to try to act in the company's best interest, the shareholders' best interest and his own best interest- which is mostly the same thing- since he is a major shareholder and, as far as I can tell, his financial future mostly depends on those shares increasing in value. He needs to be given the flexibility to do what is best for the shareholders and the company. It is my hope and expectation that the shares will be used prudently and judiciously and only as very much needed- until a financing deal /JV is finally achieved.
