I realize this is just idle speculation, but since we have little else to do at the moment...
Why would the meeting be moved for roughly a month, and still no date truly set? It just feels to me like the content of the meeting is in flux, such as would happen if they might have a strong possibility of a deal to announce at the meeting, and are feverishly engaged in trying to iron down the details.
If this was simply a matter of authorizing new shares, it just seems to me that it would be a bit more clear-cut and they could set a date. Of course, it's possible that it is more of a logistical matter, such as trying to find a building with adequate space and reasonable price.
Does anyone else have speculation based on experience with these things?
