This is all about HM, as it should be

No, this is about everything related to LBSR that can affect the company/shareholders in the near, mid, or long term. We aren't investors in Hay Mountain. We are investors in LBSR, which encompasses more than that. What you are saying is essentially that we can't move our right hand while moving our left at the same time. We have to focus only on our right hand. It doesn't make any sense.

As I said in my previous post, I essentially agree that it will be a while for NPSP to close. That doesn't make it irrelevant or unworthy of discussion. It is a perfectly reasonable topic for someone to discuss or ask about. This is, after all, a discussion board. We don't need a single-minded focus as investors on Hay Mountain. Why would we? Will Hay Mountain find a partner faster because we refuse to discuss North Pipes? What important decisions are we forgetting to make because we aren't focused solely on Hay Mountain? That's right, we aren't making any decisions so it doesn't matter. The decisions and negotiations are done by the appropriate people that represent us, and I have no doubts that they are focusing on exactly needs to be focused on at this time, whether that be Hay Mountain, NPSP, or both. This is the message board equivalent of twiddling our thumbs, and that is fine. There is nothing else we can do, so we discuss...

In response to VP, if I mis-stated in any way what you had said previously about NPSP, it was unintentional and solely my own poor wording. Your recap of it is what I was trying to get across.

If by some chance things turn around in uranium prices in the short term and that deal does close, that would be every bit as big as Hay Mountain for the near and mid term, although I have no issues with saying that Hay Mountain, in the longer term, is a bigger deal.

I am interested in something else you said, though, VP, and wonder if you could expand on your thoughts. You said something to the effect of an expanded share base possibly being a good thing. I didn't really think of it as a good thing, so I would be very interested in hearing your rationale.

Wesley
