Sorry GP1, but I have to disagree.

1) We as shareholders on this board don't need to focus on one thing. There is much to discuss. We aren't making the decisions, so we are left only to discuss facts and possibilities, whatever they may be.

2) North Pipes has a huge relevance to this company. If closed, it would provide indefinite funds that could not only cover all operating costs without need for issuing additional shares, but possibly fund additional projects as VP has pointed out many times.

The fact that closing this deal seems further off than we originally hoped does not negate either of the points that I just made. It is not a triviality at all, and worth equal attention on this board.

Having said all that, I agree that a deal at HM will likely occur prior to the NP deal closing based on the need to authorize so many additional shares soon.
