NPSP is not subject to the mining moratorium - they are grandfathered -, and EPA has not stood in the way of Energy Fuels advancing their developments in the same area. They are similarly "grandfathered".

This aside, I acknowledge EPA in this Administration is not managing the nation's resources as their mandate intended, but more as if almost everything under their purview must go into a preservation land trust, to be locked forever away from development (to the detriment of our economy and national security).
