Thanks Willyburg. I guess my question was based on several statements I read here by people who indicated that selling was going on so that people could participate in the PP, which confused me. If what I interpreted that to mean isn't true, then I guess it doesn't make sense that it relates to people dumping shares, so I'm back to where I started.
