Thank you for your input on this matter. This help fill in a few blanks in my mind. I'm very optimistic that once this deal closes, it is a complete sea change for LBSR. The extra time needed to build the necessary equipment makes perfect sense to me.

I never read that other board, but I know enough to stay away from it from the discussions here. I know there are other motives at play for the bashing, but it partly comes down the complete lack of decorum on the internet that you can find on most message boards. Anonymity breeds idiocy. I loved what Curt Schilling did recently with some anonymous filthy bashers of his daughter. That was justice.
