I think he's serious about mining North Pipes and he's confident that his vertical bore technology will cut the cost significantly. He and Jim Briscoe seem to agree on that. It seems that there are other parts of the picture that he must assemble before he can go ahead with North Pipes. I don't know what those other parts are or how long they may take to put in place."
