Mr. Briscoe and our arm’s length skarn porphyry copper expert consultant have conducted several tours of the Hay Mountain Project area and other sites of importance to the understanding of Hay Mountain, in southeast Arizona, with potential funders. These other sites of importance draw a close comparison to existing porphyry copper deposits with Hay Mountain.

We expect to conduct as many as two more of these site visits and accompanying tours before traveling to the Middle East, Hong Kong and Manila, (Philippines) as previously announced in September (NR 188) and in this update. Naru Capital – naseba (“Naru”) will sponsor a Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Dubai) roadshow specifically designed to match Liberty Star’s funding expectations with the appropriate pool of prequalified potential funders.

Seemingly, the presentations in the Philippines had nothing to do with the earlier "several tours" plus 2 of HMSP. What this means is there there could well be quite a number of "interested" parties at this point, but we shareholders will not know to what level that "interest" there is sans a Letter of Intent or other agreement.

One or more offers could come at any time, or many months from now. Percevierance matters, and so too does patience.

Meanwhile, I look forward to Genesis getting their act together too.
