lvargas, I think you will find that the NPSP deal is kind'a in escrow. It's all done but the signing, the closing, the exchanging of the paperwork, and, or course the starting of the payments to LBSR. Since it is effectively sold, there would be no need to discuss it with others, would there?

As to what happened in Manila, I really can't see that any negotiations were accomplished, or even entered into. I believe this was all about a presentation or presentations inviting further interest. That interest is likely to be followed by a site tour or tours of Hay Mountain as was done recently for a visitor or visitors from the Middle East.

Hmmm. As I think about it, I wonder if that party is mulling an offer. No way to know until one is presented though.
