Maybe, But a lot can be done by remote with computers and cameras. After all what exactly are you going to see with a visit? Dirt, rocks, hills, and mountains? What is really important is in the ground and can't be seen. All someone needs to know is who has legal rights to the ground and what is in it?? I know that is simplistic but you get the picture.
