Anyway, this has to be bad news to those who want to believe this is all a fraud, or who want to at least promote that idea for now.

The proof in that is in the answer to to this question. Why would this company bother to put forth the time and expense to present an extensive and innovative initial drilling program on the eve of a new whirl wind tour to raise funds?

Answer: Because they know what they have! ...and because for a lack of funds at present, they are wanting to prove it, risking careers and reputations.
