I'd like to see a sense of urgency from LBSR. I still feel like the company has such high hopes for its claims--which truly are world-class--that they will wait for an unrealistic offer. Since Tombstone now seems to be the pride & joy where a really favorable JV is hoped for, Big Chunk looks like it is postponed, and Silver Bell is pretty much inactive, a deal at North Pipes that is modestly good for LBSR could really help in a lot of ways. Share price. Awareness of the company. Bargaining on HM. But as you say, I won't count on it or I will be disappointed.
