It appears that BMO agrees with my analysis of DSO being delayed another year. It would be pretty difficult to read it any other way. Despite the positivity on this board regarding a partnership announcement with Wengfu, I reaffirm my stand that an announcement of yet another year without revenue and dilution is going be highly detrimental to mid-term PPS.
