Dart, I know/knew that they where not issuing 12 million shares but raising 12 million dollars. And I said if they raised 12 million at .05 per share with options I would be pissed. But they said they would do it in installments and over 25 Months. So No, they are not issuing 240 million shares at .05 this week. What if the SP is at .50 in December and they decide to get 4 of the 12 Million? Then they will only dilute the float by 8 million shares or, even .20 as a SP, would still only dilute 20 million with one third of the cash raised. JMHO but I cant see them doubling there float for 12 million. Hence the 25 month period to raise the cash. I think it will be done when the SP rebounds. If they need cash I think they will get as little as possible if they have to do it under .20, maybe 750k 1 million tops. imo
