Thomasgd yes the core technology is translation. What I was referring to was how a company like INT takes a core technology and then wraps their value add around it to make it a much better product. A great example is how a company like Samsung can take the Google built Android operating system, wrap their Samsung value around it and outsell the iPhone. Samsung did not write the OS they just did something great with it.

Outside of the core technology of just translations, as translation software is abundant, INT has added live chat/language integration for most of the major environments like Facebook, twitter, google etc. On top of that algorithms to better massage the slangs of different languages and have now put it all together in an environment that business and individuals can use to market and sell to multi language audiences.

That takes alot of work and requires alot of connections to be successful. For anyone to get into an argument of is it google translate or not is meaningless.

Let's hope they can start driving more business and pull it off.
