I finished reading the bill. Looks like the reorg plan is still with Durarock.

Funds for the lawyer have ran out and he has set up a court date in a couple of weeks to claim the 24k still owed (84k was the total bill).

There was a 10k payment on 6/28/10, from where? I don't know since FG no longer has funds (from Terry Lynch?).

A disclosure, for the merger has been written but not released.
