According to the bill from FGs lawyer, Stephen Harris (PACER doc), there was still a reorg plan in the making as of July 15. The bill states on July 15:

Telephone conference with Terry Lynch regarding status of Plan of reorganization.

Received and reviewed email from Terry Lynch regarding proposed plan and next steps and furtherance of the same.

The bill only goes up to August 1. I will read the rest of the bill and post if there is anything else interesting.
