Why would he do that? The result would be to strengthen the power of the Executive Branch? Does the Bozo who wrote this article understand the implication of that statement ?
Stuff like this is why I don't read much anymore. I'd rather watch those exciting Steven Seagal movies. I don't understand why he hasn't won an Oscar yet. There's no justice.
