The problem is we're always trying to fight a "nice" war, in recent times. Since Vietnam, all the administrations have been too concerned about the Leftist Press. If you allow them to dictate your decisions, you ain't gonna win. If winning a war makes you a one termer, live with it. At least you didn't play a political game with the lives of our sons and daughters.
You can't fight a nice war and win it. Of course you know that.
