Nah....nothing surprises me anymore. Forget about a human rights Watch Dog. Those barbarians will be killing each other long after we're gone. I'd prefer a Watch Dog to stop the corrupt] government from embezzling the money we send there. I guess that's part of the game, though......payment for services rendered.
