IYO, was not the PTSC case far more complicated than EDIG/Samsung?

Does the judge consider that 6 defendants paid a cash settlement prior to a markman and no trials?

Does the judge care that AAPL stated our patents as prior art?

My head is in the direction that if we win the Markman, there will be no trial.
