Lots of business sense here but the main reason for not announcing has nothing to do with contracts, delivery, etcc....I asked RP about that a while back and he told me ``Frank, we have been bitten so many times in the past by putting out announcements of business WE THOUGHT WE HAD LOCKED UP only to find out something different. So now the goods have to be in the customers hand (paraphrase here) and the check in our bank account BEFORE we put out ANY NEWS.``
