Your quote above, from 8/24/17 document, seems very important and telling to me.
I believe that FF should know this by now, with all the legal help behind him and already paid by EDIG Share-holders, that changing the status-quo as far as the patents ownership would place him in a more doo-doo situation than he is in already, with other possible forthcoming claims by Share-holders, IMHO.
