To the extent that this case involves competing claims between Dr Nunally and Debtor surrounding ownership of the patents , that dispute is by  its nature  a two - party dispute better suited to a state court resolution .

Finally  , to the extent that shareholders claim loses arising from  Mismanagement of Debtor  at the hand of its officers or directors  , any such actionable claims are personal to the shareholders and not property of the bankruptcy estate subject to administration by a chapter 7 trustee. Dismissal of the bankruptcy case would not disturb claims or causes of action held by any party on account of their share ownership.
