Looking back at some shareholder meetings, also when personal visits were allowed, I recall Fred mentioning many times the cost associated with being a public company.

All the fees etc.....as recently as on the phone in April or May.....it was just a casual comment like all the rest in years past.....so was this the plan when it was evendent over a year ago, to spin off a piece of edig to a private company and take a product with them?
