Re: stipulation - Change date of meeting for Trustee Motion
was there another meeting that was supposed to occur on Sept. 19? What is the status of that? The one changed from 9-21 to 10-5 is that to rule on the Delaware trustee's recommendation to dismiss the bankruptcy?
