Here is a bloody-foolish-comment from this old guy (sman knows who I am) -

In this fine country of ours, there are times that the wrongs get righted through the legal means by a few selfless attorneys.

They simply step forward and get the job done (make the "wrong made right"). These few attorneys take things as far as the SCOTUS. I have paid attention to these types of legal proceedings for some years now for just what I am talking about.

Heck, my own wife, initially without her knowing was listed in a class-action law-suit against a doctor that practiced a different medical practice than his license area. Needless to say, she recovered half her money at the end, through the selfless act of an attorney.

I am aware that there were a few attorneys involved in EDIG investment, like the rest of us. We all need a selfless attorney of the type that I mentioned to step forward and make this right. 

EDIG ended by "fraud and bad-faith", and that's simply covered by lamfrendly's post: "Forward looking...Aug 12, 2017".
