Mr. Handal is no longer associated with EDig and I doubt would answer any questions about his relationship with it although an attempt (maybe an email or phone call) could be made to him...He was always a pretty upfront, open, guy...maybe he would have something to say....As far as all the payments and settlements you are asking about, the trustee must have asked 10 questions on those very subjects and every answer from FF was "not to my knowledge". 

I hate to be a grinch here but asking the trustees to do something based on the information you are interested in is NOT the business of the trustees....It is all over UNLESS fraud or inconsistencies in FF testimony can be brought up and proven....Saying he mismanaged, did this, did that, will be meaningless to the trustees unless concrete instances that materialy affect the bankruptcy can be brought to light.....
