Most likely tied to the material event they alluded to in the filing.
And IMO they can't purchase stock with that being done way-it-was.
The whole way they are conducting business is confusing and very inconsiderate to us.
Volume right after the find could had a bit of goooglers buying but if there was anything to it IMO we would not be at 4cents.
