You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
IMO, he will still say he is unaware.... because he must not divulge that there is an agreement or because the agreement is too insignifcant to acknowledge.
At least he is not denying it, just saying he is unaware.
