Timeline for Settlement Arrangement with Mivatek.  

The term Settlement Arrangement has intrigued me since reading it from the P.R. on 7/11/2016 with Mivatek listed below.  We have not heard anything about this ARRANGEMENT since this date.  In my opinion, this ARRANGEMENT could have something to do with Mivatek's suite of products and services.  Mivatek offers a Partnership Program.  Could e.Digital be negotiating a Partnership with Mivatek?  Maybe so... if so, I hope we hear more about in the near future.  Soon thereafter, e.Digital got two new independent directors with INTERNATIONAL experience.  If you take a look at Mivatek International, they are fairly big global company with lots of services... It seems to me, that it would be a big deal if e.Digital was involved with them as a global partner.
