Nunchi is a registered trademark at the USPTO, the other two are not.

9-1-11 was the application date for Nunchi, we were at the shm listening to Nunally present the tech to us, along with a video demo.

This has come up before, I'm not clear on details, but seems there is no need to register the other two...why...don't know?

Maybe someone remembers more than I do, but that's what I recall Fred saying when MS and Nunchi were born.
