So far it doesn't seem that he is doing his job. Where is the growth in profitablity? Where is the growth in shareholder value?

Of course things may be happening behind the scene and he is laying the foundation, so I have to give the guy a chance..... How long has he been on the board, six months? Some of the results of his experise should be apparent any day now.
