I believe we are over due for some transparency from the company.  Makes me wonder--we have "settled" with many companies regarding the flash patents over the years and we have "settled and signed license agreements' with a few companies regarding Nunchi--did every single one of these companies insist on a NDA or did Edig insist on the NDAs?

What really got me was that during the quarter that ended 9-30-2016 Edig signed "an agreement" with Mivatek regarding Nunchi, and according to Pacer signed a settlement and licensing agreement regarding Nunchi with Google and reported zero income for the quarter!   When do they start to pay? Did we give it away?  What did we get in return?  Why was there never a press release?  Only because of some of the members of this board Plankton, sman998, Letgo Joe who post court filings and Pacer information do we even know it happened. Maybe there is some way that we as a group of concerned stock holders could get Mr. Falk to better inform us regarding our investment.  In three out of the last four quarters Edig declared no income.  I wonder if either of the two new board members are considering taking a more active role?
